...and 30 years later, sleeping beauty Saya wakes up again...*sigh* I wonder if she'll make any progress with Hagi?
:-P This is something I cooked up today on a whim. It would be the cover page to what is supposed to be a doujin. I know I said I wouldn't do it, but I can't help it.
That's supposed to be an Okinawan sunset in the background. Her hair is understandably longer after 30 years of no trimming. But I hoped to retain some of the outline of her shorter coif. Notice the blue ribbon? It's the one thing Hagi left behind at her tomb before he takes off again. I can't imagine Hagi going anywhere far, but my story takes place 30 years after the manga/anime, and Saya is taken away by Solomon. Yes, without the blood of her Chevalier, our little vampire queen is again an amnesiac but for some reason she clings to that ribbon. I'll leave it off at that, and let you wonder how beautiful their reunion will be.
